By creating an account or using Code3Hosting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Code3Hosting provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and game server hosting. Specifications, pricing, and availability are described on our website and in your order confirmation. We may update hardware, networks, or features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect your service.
2. Account & billing
You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding credentials. Fees are billed in advance according to your chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Refunds are governed by our published refund policy (including any applicable money-back guarantee).
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our infrastructure for illegal activity, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk email (spam), denial-of-service attacks, cryptocurrency mining without written approval, or content that infringes intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend services that threaten network stability or violate law.
4. Data & backups
You retain ownership of your data. Unless a managed backup service is included in your plan, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Code3Hosting is not liable for data loss except as required by applicable law or our SLA.
5. Uptime & support
Service level commitments, if any, are defined in our SLA. Support is provided via ticket and email during published hours. Emergency network issues are addressed on a best-effort basis.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code3Hosting’s liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time through the client area. We may terminate for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, you must export your data before service deletion.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
